Service Approach Partner with the customer to establish maintenance goals. The initial task is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the facilities service and maintenance objectives, as well as any specific anticipated tasks. During this phase, a review of the mechanical systems and their related components is undertaken. The purpose of this review is to establish the reliability of the current equipment, the serviceability of the equipment, and the cost effectiveness of maintaining the current equipment vs. replacing the equipment. This collaborative scope development ensures that equipment that is to be maintained is in fact maintainable. At the completion of this initial task cost investigation and maintenance scheduling can be accomplished.Service Team Our Service Manager has developed a strong multi-disciplined team that is dedicated to meeting the customer's service requirements. This team not only provides mechanical service it is also able to offer expertise in budgeting, estimating, and wet and dry side design evaluation. The team is able to establish the integration and coordination of all mechanical systems while providing essential maintenance services.Team Qualifications The Service Team is composed of journeymen from the Pipe Fitters and Plumbers United Association, Local 469, and the Sheet Metal Workers International Association, Local 359. These professional craftsmen have undergone five years of apprenticeship training in order to attain the designation of journeymen. These journeymen are required to accumulate an additional twelve (12) credit hours of training per year in a related field. The personnel that evaluate energy expenditures are either Certified Energy Managers or Certified Energy Procurement Professionals or both. They have worked in the energy management field for ten years or they are college graduates with five years of experience in the energy management field. Each is required to be re-certified every three years. Bel-Aire Mechanical's Emergency Services Just call our office and your call will be dispatched to a 24 hour/ 7 days a week/ 365 days a year to a service request line or an on call technician will be paged directly by the EMS system. Our service department has a 1-hour response time to your call. |
